Community Food Strategies is a hub for local food collaboratives, coalitions, cooperatives, organizations, or councils across North Carolina who want to grow their voices through food.
Food is a connector. It brings us together, helps us share our cultures, and shapes our communities. But there is more to food than what we eat. The way it’s grown, processed, and obtained isn’t always equitable.
Awareness, access, and accountability are crucial to creating a just food system. And it all starts with local policy.
Change is possible, and food is what brings people together to make it happen.
