Rooted In Collaboration And Care.

Through shared gifting support from our Roots of Resilience cohort, the Women of Color Farmers’ Network and @reclamationfarmacy have launched their workshop series, Cultivating Community through Gardening — exploring the power of communal land stewardship.
We’re so proud of cohort participants Demi (@theuyogafarm) and Shantelle (@plum_street_farm) for growing this work forward in community.

Follow them for updates on this work!
