Ali joins the Community Food Strategies team with a passion for Food Justice and transforming the current food system so that it reflects the values of equity, empowerment, participation, and rights to food and life. Ali believes that a just food system where all humans, creatures, waters, and land can thrive is not only possible but necessary. Her role with Community Food Strategies will be to support the team with administrative and programming needs. Ali has experience working on farms and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work.
In her free time, Ali enjoys taking her puppers for walks, being in proximity to water, and concocting garden and kitchen magic.
